Paul Finkle, SPHR, CMC, President, SharedHR, holds degrees in both economics and psychology. Over his 30-year career in management consulting Paul has served as a senior advisor to many of entrepreneurial employers as well as to numerous CEO’s and Boards of Directors. He has personally participated as a founder in eight start-up businesses, including a software firm that developed one of the first web-based human resources content, tools and data management systems to support and outsource HR for small to medium-sized employers. Paul has personally recruited, interviewed and hired hundreds of key employees and created leading edge employment processes for many private and non – profit employers. He is currently co-chair of an employee health benefits trust fund, and has lectured at many universities including a regular guest lecture series at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Paul has served on the small business committee of the U. S. Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Committee of a program within UCSF’s Global Health Sciences. Paul was the 2006 Chair of the Board of the San Rafael Chamber, and serves on the boards of several client organizations.

Paul has participated in founding eight start-up businesses, including one that developed the first Web-based human resources systems to support and outsource HR.
