With the release of sharedHR 7.3, our clients not only benefit from the system upgrades and refinements that continue to
make sharedHR the most comprehensive, easy-to-use Human Resource Management System available, but we are pleased to offer our newest
feature: Training Tracking.
Given recent changes in state laws, many of our clients are now required to track the training and certification credits earned by their
employees. Effective tomorrow, sharedHR solves this challenge by allowing you to track and report on the training and continuing
education opportunities provided to your employees. You will be able to set up the course offerings and record group or individual
training sessions in an easy two step process. All the training records you enter can be reviewed in the Reports section of the site
either "By Employee" or "By Course" details. Our reports are designed to give you information on:
course details (title, vendor, venue, trainer, type of training, etc.)
who attended certain training sessions and when
who passed or failed, and other session comments
who has not attended certain training courses
