Client Feedback & Our Development Strategy
Recently, we have been contacting our clients and asking what new features and functionality would most benefit their organizations. This is so
that we can align our development strategy to support your business needs. SharedHR has already identified some key areas such as applicant
tracking, and workflow enhancements (particularly around PTO), so we will be delivering these features and building more partnerships in the

Advanced Employee Filter
This new tool allows Administrators to quickly find an employee they are looking for. Administrators can now click on a blue filter icon
next to any employee list in sharedHR. If you need to find an employee quickly, click on the blue filter icon and look for employees by
first name, last name, or by their Document Group, location or department. This tool will be particularly useful for large companies with
many employees. The advanced employee filter is available for the Record options (e.g. Record Position/Salary Adjustment); the online employee
file and Reports.
Pop-Up Calendar for Selecting Dates
We have added a pop-up calendar next to many date fields in sharedHR so that users can easily select a date from a calendar view.
(Simply click on the calendar icon and select the date you want by clicking on the number in the cell). This will be particularly useful
for selecting date ranges for reports and recording PTO days.
Integration Developments
SharedHR 7.12 was released this weekend and included developments to our payroll integration options. We will be notifying our clients
who are integrated with payroll about these changes directly. In addition, we have completed phase II of a fully integrated solution with

Compliance & Content Updates
We have continued to work on delivering compliant content in US states and you may notice some documents have changed in the document
library (such as the I-9 form). You can see when our model documents were last updated by looking at the "last updated date" that is next
to each document in the Manage Library Documents section.
Work has already started in preparation for our annual compliance updates that go live in the first month of the New Year and we will
keep you informed of any changes that are made.
After a productive summer, we at sharedHR are pleased to be in the 4th quarter of 2007. Historically, this is the time of year when many
companies are reviewing budgets and making decisions for 2008. This means it is also the busiest time of the year for the sharedHR sales
team with more and more referrals and demonstration requests coming in. Many of our clients have taken advantage of the credit card billing
